The purpose of this page is to provide links to various pages on the USSVI web site for the convenience of our members. If you know of a USSVI web page that would be of interest but is not yet listed here, please let Kenn know and he'll add it. Also please remember that the USSVI logo on our home page is itself a link to the main USSVI web site. Additionally, a link to that site has been added below, along with a USSVI member login link.
NOTE: Since members and visitors can now view our Member List on-line from the USSVI web site with the links below, we removed the "Members Only" private sub-web which had previously been used to provide our full membership roster with contact information. Hint - don't forget to login to the USSVI web site as a member if you want to look up contact information.

USSVI POC BROADCAST LINKS - This page hosts all of the message lists sent out by Ron Martini, who is the USSVI POC (Point of Contact). Kenn McDermott is the official POC for our Base and he forwards some of these when received as e-mail messages - but having this handy web link here might suffice for most of our 31 (out of 35) members who have e-mail. These messages/notices are variously called "SUBVET NEWS", "FLASH TRAFFIC", and "OFFICER'S CALL" with buttons for each on the left side of this main page.

MOST OF THE LINKS BELOW REQUIRE YOU TO FIRST BE LOGGED IN AS A USSVI MEMBER - THEN THEY WORK!!!

USSVI MEMBER LOGIN - This link takes you directly to the page where you login as a USSVI member. It also has a button you can select to apply for a login password if you don't already have one.

USSVI INFO ABOUT USS VIRGINIA BASE - Here's where they have info about our web site, our officers, our members, meeting times and place, etc. This would be particularly handy for prospective new members. We also have this link on our "Muster List" page. Note: You have to be logged in as a USSVI member to get here and you also may have to click back to this page and click on this link a second time since it appears to redirect you to the USSVI home page on the first try. ??

USSVI HOME PAGE - This link takes you to the public USSVI home page which anyone on the Internet can access. This page has a button at the top for USSVI members to login, but that has been replicated in the next link down for your convenience. NOTE: There are also one or more buttons near the top of this page for on-line voting and polling.

USSVI "AMERICAN SUBMARINER" MAGAZINE - Click here to read the on-line version of our American Submariner magazine - including current and past issues.

FIND A MEMBER - This page has buttons that take you to search pages where you can find other USSVI members, Bases, Holland Club Members and those on Eternal Patrol. NOTE: It's always best to limit what you put into search fields and don't use more search fields than you need - i.e. start with just the last name and leave everything else blank unless that yields entirely too many hits.

FINDING A BOAT AND YOUR SHIPMATES - This page has buttons on the left side where you can find a boat and list all crew members, check on reunions, learn about Sub Memorials, check the "Today in History" info, etc.

USSVI OFFICERS - I can never remember who these guys are so this is handy. From here you can also click on Region and District buttons to see those officers.

USSVI'S VERSION OF THE USS VIRGINIA BASE CALENDAR - This shows whatever their database has for our base - such as member birthdays, the Base Birthday, etc. Choose the month you want to see and click show new date. It appears to default initially to the current month.

USSVI DOCUMENTS - This link takes you to the page where you can find various USSVI documents in various formats.
